Accents Best Practice

The accents are determined by your Note On Velocity value. A value of 127 will put the note into a "special dynamics" mode where you will see "sfz" or "sffz" instead of the normal dynamics mark. You can remove this using Alt + Click on the dynamics mark. We suggest that in most cases you use a Strong Accent [^] (velocity 120 to 126) or a Standard Accent [>] (velocity 100 to 119) on your notes.
